Week one of construction and very impressed already. I have only just started a whole home remediation with Advanced Plastering. This project is due to moisture issues/poor original construction of my home. This group is very professional and courteous. The spend the end of every day cleaning the project like no other contractor I have ever know. Even though returning the next morning they leave my homes exterior spotless. If you can picture removing the brick front of a home and cleaning up by end of day you will understand what I am trying to convey. Extremely excited for the rest of the project, having absolute faith in the process.

Our 21 year old stucco and stone Toll Brothers House was in need of complete remediation. Besides the huge expense, the project is quite a messy, noisy undertaking. Advanced Plastering was always very knowledgeable and courteous.and mindful that even though this is their job site, it is still our house where we live.They always showed up on time and were able to be contacted immediately for any questions or concerns I ever had during the project. This is the only Remediation company to use. I’ve learned a lot about home building through this and have realized that most companies doing Remediation are performing the same sub par work that caused the damage in the first place. Advanced’s approach is unlike any other. It’s fully remediate or they don’t do it, no patch jobs, however When they are done, you can rest assure that you will never have to go through it again. Because of the comprehensiveness and quality of materials use, they will most likely be your highest bid, however I do not regret one dollar spent on my job. I love the way my house looks. If unfortunately you have to go through it, just hire AP, you’ll be glad you did.

I have nothing but the highest praise for the work done by Advanced Plastering and the way they always made sure that I was happy with everything they did. From the moment Barry stepped in the door, he made me feel like I could trust him and his expertise. His assessment of the work necessary was a clear benchmark for the other companies we talked two, five or six in total, who were missing things that Barry pointed to right away. The work was done on a strict schedule, nobody slacked off, everybody looked like they knew what they were doing. Barry Campbell and his workers were always on time (worked on weekends if necessary), cleaned up our work site daily, took care of problems the first time without any need for a follow-up. I was always able to reach Barry on the phone or via a text message. Before starting our stucco remediation project and signing any contract, Barry explained in great detail what work needed to be done and the reason for the need to insure that the WRB barriers (water resistive barriers) were properly applied as well as all flashing around windows, doors, roof, chimney and foundation. Barry explained that every window and door had to be removed to do the job properly. Advanced Plastering finished our project in a timely manner. The entire process was as stress free as humanly possible. His company is extremely reputable, honest and reliable. Advanced Plastering work is done with great integrity.

Our stucco and stone home of 12 years required a full remediation. Several other homes in the neighborhood were professionally remediated by Advanced Plastering and I was aware of their strong reputation and quality workmanship. We got other quotes but decided that a job of this magnitude needed to be done by a highly trustworthy company. We had a lot of hidden damage because windows and doors were not properly installed and flashing was missing on the rooflines. We decided to remove all of the the synthetic stucco as well as all of the stone which had not tested too wet – glad we did! A lot of damage around the openings in both stone and stucco. Advanced Plastering gave us a detailed estimate and identified what was included and what was extra. Once the job started they were highly professional and came to work every day weather permitting. They exhibited safe work practices at all times and all workers were very professional and courteous. They cleaned up every day. Every step in the job was coordinated. They worked their schedule sometimes around our schedule. We are very pleased with everything. The house looks beautiful and we know it was done correctly. Exceptional quality and attention to detail! No homeowner wants to be faced with a remediation project, but once you are in this situation it is critical that the remediation vendor be completely open, honest, and trustworthy. We found AP worked very hard to communicate frequently and openly about the work they were doing, and invited us to review their work at any time. Our independent inspector was very complimentary of the design of AP’s exterior system, and in the work they performed. In areas that warranted any level of discussion, AP was very open to incorporate the homeowner’s (or our inspector’s) requests/suggestions into their work. We are very pleased with the quality of work performed, and with their outstanding customer focus throughout the process.

Barry Campbell and Advanced Plastering are really top quality and it shows in their superb workmanship. He and his crews did a fantastic job on our stucco remediation and even couple of years after he had completed the job when a small thing needed to be fixed before we sold our house, his company came and fixed the problem at no charge. If we were staying in the area, and wanted to get a new house built, I would certainly get Barry to do it. Not only does he do excellent work, but he also has a wonderful sense of design. Neat, clean, professional, on time and budget, a professional bid package, apparently state of the art stucco installation, and the work product and finish is very high.If you must replace the stucco on your home ( a very serious and expensive decision) Advanced made the process as acceptable as I can imagine, and the quality of their product and process is extremely high.
