The initial vision is a beautiful home, one which the homeowner strives to purchase, maintain and be proud of. The exterior of the home is finished with various constructed details, stucco, brick, stone, and siding. Each unique to the home, which gives it a lust curb appeal.

What is not visible, is the potential for real and serious underlying problems. Water infiltrating these exterior facades. An inspection and further in depth view of behind the outer finishes is required to observe a true determination of what is occurring that is not apparent to a simple visual of the exterior premises.

Each home varies in the problems that may be underlying.

Advanced Plastering’s Guide of The Remediation Process

Although we price projects on a case by case basis, the following is the scope to what we offer to our clients.

We begin with applying a WeatherSmart® weather-resistive barrier that delivers the ideal balance between water intrusion protection and moisture vapor breathability, holds against any climate.

Next, on top of that we apply a Double layer Two-Ply Jumbo Tex® weather-resistive barrier which ensures maximum water and moisture protection.

We finalize this process by applying a Keane Drainage Mat. The drainage core acts as a protection course and creates a high capacity drainage plane. The addition of polymeric film prevents the drainage core from pressing into the waterproofing membrane.

We are committed to upholding our most cherished values in every project and task we take on.

Every project whether commercial or residential, is treated with equal importance, attention and detail because each project is important to its owner, no matter the size of the remediation. Advanced Plastering, has become an award winning company with more award winning homes than any of our competitors in the tri-state area. Advanced Plastering has received the accolades of being named, “Best of 2009 & 2010” by PhillyMag.com.
